You can podcast for free and you don’t need a host to do it. A friend of mine alerted me to it. You can hear her podcast here

Thanks for a great resource. I plan to do some pod casts and video pod casts soon. I just have to wait for an agreement to run out with a company I have worked for in the past. I think its due to run out this week actually.
