Entrecard reviewed

When you sign up to entrecard, you agree to make a comment as well as drop your card onto the card on another blogger’s site.

I try to make a comment on each site I go to and I don’t do it often. I’m not addicted to entrecard. However, sometimes you just don’t have anything to say about the posts on that particular blog.

A little community builds up which is nice. It’s kind of better than blog catalog for example, because you know they will eventually come back to you, usually.

However, most of my traffic is now coming from entrecard and without comments.  This is not so healthy. I don’t want to rid myself of entrecard but I have deleted blog catalog and Blog Rush for the moment.

How is entrecard for you?

I have an entrecard, I like it.

Using the card to return drops, I’ve found some very interesting blogs, signed up for a couple of feeds and I’ve been stumbled from an entrecard visit. There’s a lively community and I’ve made friends, won some contests and learned a lot about blogging.

Now there are a handful of blogs I look forward to reading each morning, and people have signed up for my feed. You could say I’ve come across blogs in my niche that I wouldn’t have had a hope of finding before.

Mind you, I hadn’t realised we were supposed to comment on the blogs we visit!

Yes you do see a lot of blogs as you go round dropping. I’ve put back blog catalog now and added another of those blog community thingies. I have added feedjit. That’s quite fascinating. I’m not too proud to get traffic anyway I can. I need it.

What I find though is so much similarity not in posts but we all have entrecard, blog communities, Spott, Project Wonderful.

I mean who is making any money?

I try to comment if I have something to say about the posts on the site. But I wouldn’t reconmend comenting just for the sake of commenting.
