How to make web page buttons and bullets in psp

Open a new transparent image about 30 x 30 pixels.

Click on Preset Shapes

There are lots of presets with colours that you can already use.

I used the red ball. Drag the shape from top left down to bottom right. Crop the image and there you have it.

But making one yourself with your own colours is a little bit more difficult.

You make your own preset shape : open an image about 50 x 50 with a coloured background. Select a Preset Shape. Play with the colours, patterns, gradients in Style Foreground and Fill a little to make it more interesting

Click on Preset Shapes, ensuring that Retain Style is not checked and Antialias and Create a vector is checked.

Set Line widths and Line styles to suit

 

To draw a vector object perfectly right click on the mouse and begin from the centre.

Go to Selections and Select None

Select File > Export > Shape and give it a name.

Open a transparent image.

Select Preset Shapes and draw your shape again. Save as a gif and make it transparent if you don't have a white background on your site..

Nothing to write home about as I did it quickly, but I'm sure you can do better.
