How to make a screen shot

The one thing Paint Shop Pro can't do is make a screen shot of itself. I find IrfanView really easy for screen shots. See free graphic editors to download this.

There are also some screen capture utilities to be found here.

Just open Irfan View and Type C and you will see this box below

As you can see you have the option to capture the whole screen, the Foreground window, and/or the mouse cursor.

Have Irfan View open and press CNTRL and F11 to capture the screen you want. You will need to negotiate to that browser. Save it to a file and see it in another graphic editor, if you wish or use Irfan Views features.

To use the Paint Shop Pro capture option, set it up first. Select File > Import > Screen Capture > Set-up and you will see this box

So you can choose what you want to capture and the method you want to use. But to capture anything in PSP you need a second PSP to use its capture tool which looks like this

You can also easily capture the whole screen you see by Pressing Print Scrn : that key is at the top of your computer keyboard.

You then just Copy this to your graphic editor by selecting Edit > Paste as New Image or using CNTRL and V

If you would like to capture only the current window, hold down the ALT button while you press the Print Screen button.
